Rockpool’s Cream of Cauliflower Soup
I made this for 4 x entrée sizes and it had enough leftovers for my lunch the next day.
I drizzled it the soups with truffle oil, angel hair chilli and grated parmesan. Very creamy and soo delicious!!
This is a great entrée, or easy winter lunch or dinner with a fresh bread roll!
