Ever since, I have tried and tested many recipes for both Red Velvet Cupcakes and the Cream Cheese Frosting. Magnolia Bakery has their Red Velvet Cupcake recipe available online, but it just didn’t seem to work out for me and I wasn’t happy with it (could be due to the different types of weather, equipment, ingredients here…or my changing tastes).  I have adapted a few different recipes over the years to make this one.
