Served up for the boys Add pumpkin to bowl – blitz 5 seconds/Speed 7. Add milk Cook 3 minutes/100 degrees/Speed 2 Add flour, butter, maple syrup, egg, baking powder, cinnamon and salt Mix 10 seconds/Speed 6 Spoon onto a frying pan (medium heat) with a little bit of butter Fry approx. 2 minutes on each side or until browned Pumpkin Pancakes
