This is a quick and easy banana muffin recipe and looks great with the oat topping! This is an egg free, nut free recipe, and is easily frozen/defrosted.


Mix – 20 seconds/Speed 5.


Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add all muffin ingredients into bowl. Mix - 20 seconds/Speed 5. Spoon into muffin cases, and sprinkle with oats on top. Bake for 15 minutes or until tops are browned.20 Second Banana Oat Muffins
