Pat’s Lots of Biscuits

This is a recipe that my family has used for years and years!

This is a great basic biscuit recipe! You can add chocolate chips, corn flakes, ginger, dried fruit, nuts, leftover Easter eggs etc etc.

In this batch, I have used leftover Easter eggs (hollow, solid and caramel filled).

This recipe was created by my mum’s late friend, Pat Newey and has always been my ‘go to’ biscuit recipe when making batches of cookies during my school days, uni, for parties, or just for fun! I have converted her recipe to a Thermomix method. Recipes are such a powerful tool and legacy to those who have passed away, and it is a privilege to post this recipe in Pat’s memory.
It is a huge amount of biscuit dough, however my TM5 worked its magic perfectly with the biscuit dough + 300 grams of Easter eggs. You will need to aid of your Thermomix spatula to help mix the dough.
